Jenny has spent the last six years as a freelance social media and content specialist, collaborating with Lottie and the True team since 2021.
In her day-to-day role, Jenny creates engaging content for True’s social media platforms and actively monitors comments and direct messages, ensuring that customer queries and feedback are addressed promptly.
Jenny has a passion for music and films, and tries to attend as many gigs as possible. She has been playing football for a local team since she was 10 and also enjoys being outdoors, whether it’s for walks or hikes. Jenny is also a proud mum to her little boy and beloved cat.
