Tina

Lottie has this incredible way of turning financial uncertainty into clarity and confidence.

I’m Tina Day. I’m a family lawyer and accredited mediator with Parker Bolin Solicitors. I have been working with Lottie and the team at True for about four or five years now.

My clients need financial advice on divorce or separation. They’re very often not used to dealing with their own finances and Lottie is a really calm and experienced guiding voice on all issues relating to financial planning.

When Lottie came to the south coast, she was very keen to make connections. As soon as I met her, she had a warmth about her, and I knew that I was going to really enjoy working with Lottie.

It’s not just work, there’s good fun in the conversations we have too, and that always translates into the client relationship.

Lottie is an accredited IFA with Resolution, which is an organisation of family lawyers and other professionals connected with family law. It’s quite a high bar to pass the assessments for the accreditation, so, it really underpinned Lottie’s expertise and experience in her field.

Lottie has been hugely supportive in a number of cases. She is great at giving advice in relation to pension sharing issues, but the cashflow modeling that she does has also made such a difference to a number of clients.

It gives me confidence in knowing that I can help my client to the best of my ability, because Lottie can provide them the elements of expertise I don’t have. And she can do it in a way that I know my clients are going to understand, and in a way that we can adapt to use for the court process or any non-court dispute resolution process we’re involved in.

Lottie is fun, energetic, and professional.

I recall one particular client where Lottie had a huge impact. The client was really nervous about becoming financially independent, and the cashflow modeling that Lottie was able to do gave the client confidence to enter into an agreement. It also enabled her to have realistic expectations about meeting her own housing needs, and she really understood the impact of the decision she was making, not just on an immediate basis, but for the long term too.

Lottie is a trusted adviser. I know I can trust her to give good advice and excellent client service. She is not going to cause me any problems, because I know that she will do the job to the very best of her ability and will work well with me in supporting the client to make informed decisions.

I would highly recommend True and Lottie’s team to clients, professionals, and anyone looking for financial advice and support planning. She has great expertise, and she is just a really lovely person to work with.
