I’m Tina Day. I’m a family lawyer and accredited mediator with Parker Bolin Solicitors. I have been working with Lottie and the team at True for about four or five years now.

My clients need financial advice on divorce or separation. They’re very often not used to dealing with their own finances and Lottie is a really calm and experienced guiding voice on all issues relating to financial planning.

And she can do it in a way that I know my clients are going to understand, and in a way that we can adapt to use for the court process or any non-court dispute resolution process we’re involved in.

The client was really nervous about becoming financially independent, and the cashflow modeling that Lottie was able to do gave the client confidence to enter into an agreement. It also enabled her to have realistic expectations about meeting her own housing needs, and she really understood the impact of the decision she was making, not just on an immediate basis, but for the long term too.

Lottie is a trusted adviser. I know I can trust her to give good advice and excellent client service. She is not going to cause me any problems, because I know that she will do the job to the very best of her ability and will work well with me in supporting the client to make informed decisions.
